Teen Counseling Orlando Resources
By: Lauran Hahn, LMHC
You know your teen is ready for therapy. Things are getting wonky at school and home and they need the support of someone to help navigate these turbulent waters.
You also know just how important it is to match your teen with a therapist that is a good fit. You don’t want to try multiple therapists before finding the right person because that will likely deter them from therapy altogether. Time is of the essence and you’re searching to find a therapist that meets your family's and your teen's needs.
Teen Therapy at Mindful Living Counseling
We have several therapists that specialize in working with teens. Our practice provides the following specialties for working with teens and their families:
Sexual Trauma
Our therapists believe in providing comprehensive care to teens and their families. We invite parents into the therapy session once a month to make sure they are seeing progress at home. We offer virtual and in-person sessions and are conveniently located in downtown Orlando. We see clients Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm.
We understand that our therapy practice may not be the right fit for every family, yet we also understand how important it is to find the right therapist for your teen. For that reason, we’ve created this comprehensive resource with many teen counseling options for the greater Orlando area.
We highly recommend reaching out to these therapists directly when inquiring about their more up-to-date rates, location, and current availability.
