Anxiety Therapy: 10 Tips to Settle Coronavirus Anxiety
As an anxiety and trauma therapist in Orlando, I have been talking to not only my clients, but colleagues, friends and family about how to cope with the stress that is part of our current state of affairs.
Over the last few weeks, there has been an increase in anxiety surrounding the Coronavirus, especially in the last few days as it makes a more personal impact on our lives. I’ve noticed there are two camps of concern around the Coronavirous. The first is on the illness itself and the health implications. The second is the impact a this situation has on the economy, travel plans, and the quality of life.
